Service Description

Quest Forward is a live, interactive virtual workshop designed to help middle and high school students build confidence, clarity, and momentum in their personal growth. Many students feel pressure to have their future figured out, yet they’re rarely taught how to move forward in a meaningful way. Quest Forward reframes personal development as a journey made up of small, purposeful challenges, like quests in a game, where progress matters more than perfection. Each session guides students through practical goal-setting, self-reflection, and real-life skill building in a way that feels engaging, relatable, and achievable. Through guided activities, breakout discussions, and interactive exercises, students learn how to: - Set goals that align with their values and interests - Identify strengths and areas for growth - Build confidence through action and follow-through - Develop communication, self-awareness, and accountability - See themselves as capable contributors to their school and community Students don’t just listen, they participate. Every Quest Forward session includes reflection tools, collaborative conversation, and clear takeaways students can apply immediately in their everyday lives. Quest Forward is led by youth speaker and mentor Jordan Washington, whose work centers on helping young people build connection, resilience, and a sense of belonging. This experience is ideal for students who want to grow but may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, and for families seeking a meaningful, skill-building alternative to passive screen time. Growth doesn’t require having everything figured out. It starts by choosing to Quest Forward, one step, one challenge, one win at a time.
