Quest Forward Workshop

Many students feel pressure to have their future figured out, yet they’re rarely taught how to move forward in a meaningful way. Quest Forward reframes personal development as a journey made up of small, purposeful challenges, like quests in a game, where progress matters more than perfection.

Each session guides students through practical goal-setting, self-reflection, and real-life skill building in a way that feels engaging, relatable, and achievable. Through guided activities, breakout discussions, and interactive exercises, students learn how to:

- Set goals that align with their values and interests

- Identify strengths and areas for growth

- Build confidence through action and follow-through

- Develop communication, self-awareness, and accountability
