Refund Policy

At Creating Bridges Over Barriers, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality speaking engagements, workshops, and mentorship experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Speaking Engagements & Workshops (In-Person or Virtual)

All speaking engagements and group workshops are non-refundable once booked.
If a school, organization, or individual needs to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate one reschedule at no additional cost provided written notice is given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
Reschedule requests made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to an additional rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the booking, at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Virtual Workshops & Digital Events (Public Registration)

Registration fees for live virtual workshops are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may:
- Transfer your registration to another session (if available), or
- Request access to a recording (if provided for that event)

One-on-One Mentorship & Coaching Sessions

Individual mentorship sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be considered forfeited.
Packages of multiple sessions are non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled according to the policy above.

Digital Products & Downloadable Materials

All digital products, downloads, worksheets, and templates are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. In rare cases involving emergencies, refund or credit requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
